Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 200 grams of yogurt
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a ovenproof dish, add the yogurt, and mix well to coat evenly.
- Cover with cling film and let it marinate for as long as possible (from 4 to 24 hours).
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and dip each drumstick into the solid mixture.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place a small piece of butter on top of each chicken drumstick.
- At this stage, cover them and store them in the refrigerator.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes until golden brown.
- If you prepare them from the previous day, leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
