Ingredients:
- 1⅓ cups oat flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 200 g butter
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 vanilla
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the sugar.
- Stir over medium heat for half a minute.
- Add cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla. Mix well and remove from the heat.
- Allow the butter to cool a bit.
- Add one egg, whisking until it disappears into the chocolatey mixture.
- Add the remaining eggs one by one, whisking well until you have a chocolatey liquid mixture.
- Add the oat flour and baking soda to the liquid ingredients and mix slightly to combine.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips and fold in with a spatula.
- Butter and line a 24×24 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the pan.
- Preheat a convection oven at 170°C. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes until the surface stabilizes.
- When the brownies come out of the oven, they will still be moist in the center.
- Let them cool and sit for 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, remove the brownies from the pan and cut them into square pieces.
