Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml cold heavy cream (35% fat)
Instructions:
- Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
- Blend them in a blender with the lemon juice and sugar until smooth.
- Add the milk and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Before sealing the wrap, press down to remove as much air as possible to prevent the banana from oxidizing.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
- After it has chilled, gradually add the cold heavy cream, stirring well with a whisk until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for about 20 minutes until it reaches the consistency of thick cream.
- Transfer the ice cream to a chilled container and store it in the freezer.
- If you have ice cream molds, you can make individual ice cream bars.
- Once frozen, dip the bars in melted chocolate and enjoy immediately.
Enjoy!
