Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 250g penne pasta
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- A little lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water for 1 minute less than indicated on the package.
- Drain them in a colander and rinse with cold water.
- Sprinkle with a little olive oil and mix.
- Add them to a bowl.
- Drain the tuna well and break it apart with a fork.
- Add it to the pasta.
- Add the corn, onion, carrot, celery, parsley, and chopped avocado.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, a little salt, and pepper.
- Add them to the pasta and mix.
- Chill in the refrigerator until cold.
- You can store it covered in the fridge for 1 night.
