Ingredients
  • 500g shrimp, cleaned and boiled
  • 250g crabmeat
  • 12 salty crackers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 4 fresh onions, finely chopped
  • A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • A little salt
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • Oil, for frying
  • Flour, for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind the shrimp, crab, and crackers in a blender.
  2. Add them to a bowl with all the remaining ingredients and knead.
  3. If the mixture is too thin, add some breadcrumbs.
  4. Shape the mixture into large balls.
  5. Leave them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Coat them in flour and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side in a little oil, until golden brown.
  7. Place them on absorbent paper and let them drain.
  8. Serve with salad and cold tomato sauce.
