Ingredients
- 500g shrimp, cleaned and boiled
- 250g crabmeat
- 12 salty crackers
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 garlic clove , minced
- 4 fresh onions, finely chopped
- A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- A little salt
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- Oil, for frying
- Flour, for frying
Instructions
- Grind the shrimp, crab, and crackers in a blender.
- Add them to a bowl with all the remaining ingredients and knead.
- If the mixture is too thin, add some breadcrumbs.
- Shape the mixture into large balls.
- Leave them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Coat them in flour and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side in a little oil, until golden brown.
- Place them on absorbent paper and let them drain.
- Serve with salad and cold tomato sauce.
