Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 250 g yogurt (2%)
- A little chopped dill
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 5 slices smoked or cooked turkey, finely chopped
- 2-3 small fresh spring onions, finely chopped
- 300 g mixed cheeses of your choice
- 1 egg, beaten
- A little sesame seeds (black or white)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread yogurt evenly over the surface, leaving a 1 cm border at the top and bottom to seal the roll.
- Sprinkle with chopped dill and paprika.
- Add the finely chopped spring onions, turkey, and mixed cheeses.
- Brush the beaten egg along the bottom edge of the pastry, then roll up the pastry to form a log.
- Cut the log into 2 cm thick slices.
- Transfer the slices to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 190ºC for 22-25 minutes.
