Extra: Chocolate Coated Ice Cream Bites

  2. Freeze for 1 hour until set.
  3. Melt chocolate in a bain-marie, add 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, and stir.
  4. Unmold the ice cream bites and dip them ino the melted chocolate.
  5. Drain off excess chocolate and place the bites on parchment paper.
  6. Once the chocolate is set, after a few minutes, store the ice cream bites in the freezer.
