Ingredients
- 2 Cottage Cheese tubs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Sugar-free chocolate
Instructions
- Put the cottage cheese in a blender and add the honey, tahini, and cocoa. Blend very well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the bananas in pieces and blend for a few seconds.
- Place the ice cream in a freezer-safe container. Add finely chopped sugar-free chocolate or chocolate chips.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until set.
- Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Extra: Chocolate Coated Ice Cream Bites
- Using the same protein ice cream mix, place small amounts of the mixture into silicone molds. Depending on the molds, you should get around 24 pieces.
- Freeze for 1 hour until set.
- Melt chocolate in a bain-marie, add 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, and stir.
- Unmold the ice cream bites and dip them ino the melted chocolate.
- Drain off excess chocolate and place the bites on parchment paper.
- Once the chocolate is set, after a few minutes, store the ice cream bites in the freezer.
