Everything you’ll need to make Pistachio Ice Cream:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (400g)
- 1 can evaporated milk (low-fat), frozen for 2 hours
- 250 ml light cream
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 50 ml rose water
- 1 vanilla extract
- 250g raw pistachios, coarsely chopped
- A few drops of green food coloring
- Melted chocolate for serving
Instructions:
- Place the frozen evaporated milk and the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Beat them with a hand mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Add the light cream, cardamom, rose water, and vanilla. Beat lightly until combined.
- Add the food coloring and mix.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Divide the mixture evenly into molds.
- Freeze for 5-6 hours until the ice cream firms up.
- Remove the molds, invert onto a plate, and serve with melted chocolate.
