Everything you’ll need to make Pistachio Ice Cream:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (400g)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (low-fat), frozen for 2 hours
  • 250 ml light cream
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 50 ml rose water
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 250g raw pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • A few drops of green food coloring
  • Melted chocolate for serving

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen evaporated milk and the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Beat them with a hand mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the light cream, cardamom, rose water, and vanilla. Beat lightly until combined.
  3. Add the food coloring and mix.
  4. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into molds.
  6. Freeze for 5-6 hours until the ice cream firms up.
  7. Remove the molds, invert onto a plate, and serve with melted chocolate.
