Oreo Crumble with Peanut Butter Cream takes

Ingredients
- 1 packet of oreo cookies
- 60 grams of butter
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 200 grams of heavy cream (35% fat)
- 150 grams of cream cheese
- 100 grams of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- A few drops of liquid vanilla
- Cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Add the cookies in a food bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Melt the butter over high heat and remove from the stove.
- Add the crushed cookies to the melted butter and mix well until moistened.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 170°C in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream in a mixer with 3 tablespoons of your powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Let is freeze in the refrigerator.
- Whip the cream cheese with the peanut butter until fluffy.
- Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar.
- Add the thick cream from the fridge, the milk, and vanilla. Stir gently.
- Fill glasses with layers of cookie crumble and peanut butter cream and garnish with cookies.
- Freeze the oreo crumble for 10 minutes and serve.
