Nutella Cheesecake information

Ingredients
- 300 g digestive biscuits
- 125 g butter
- 1 small packet chocolate wafer rolls
- 450 g Nutella, at room temperature
- 600 g cream cheese at room temperature 50 g powdered sugar 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Break the chocolate wafer rolls in half with your hands.
- Crush the digestive biscuits and place them in a bowl.
- Melt the butter over low heat and pour it over the crushed biscuits.
- Add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of Nutella, and the chocolate wafer biscuits.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Grease a 23 cm diameter ring mold with oil spray.
- Press the biscuit base into the mold.
- Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add the Nutella and mix with a spatula.
- Pour the cream into the chilled base.
- Refrigerate the Nutella cheesecake for approximately 4 hours to set.
