Now that the weather is warming up, make a batch of this delicious and decadent Mocha Chocolate Mousse to cool yourself down.

Ingredients
- 300 grams of 0% fat yogurt
- 60 grams of chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- ½ teaspoon of instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
- Chocolate curls, for garnish
Instructions
- Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie .
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla, syrup, and the melted chocolate.
- Mix all the ingredients very well until smooth.
- Divide into 4 glasses.
- Chill and serve with chocolate curls.
