Everything you’ll need to make the mushroom Salad:
- 200g fresh mixed mushrooms
- 1 mixed ready-made salad (160g)
- 100g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 red apple
- ½ cup walnuts
- 100g mixed grated cheese
For serving
- Sprouts
For the vinaigrette
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt
Instructions:
- Marinate the mushrooms in a bowl with a few drops of vinegar, a pinch of sea salt, and a little olive oil. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes until ready.
- In a bowl, combine the mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
- Mix everything together until it forms a smooth, creamy texture.
- In a salad bowl, add the mixed salad leaves, valerian leaves, chopped apple, walnuts, and the marinated mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Drizzle with the vinaigrette right before serving.
- Toss everything together and serve immediately.
