Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar (mixed granulated and brown)
- 4 tablespoons sifted cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
Instructions
- Place the milk, butter, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla in a saucepan.
- Heat over low heat until it comes to a boil.
- Boil for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add the peanut butter, chocolate hazelnut spread, and the oats gradually until the mixture reaches a consistency that holds together.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper.
- No baking is required.
- Let them cool and set.
