Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar (mixed granulated and brown)
  • 4 tablespoons sifted cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 3 1/2 cups rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Place the milk, butter, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat until it comes to a boil.
  3. Boil for an additional 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and add the peanut butter, chocolate hazelnut spread, and the oats gradually until the mixture reaches a consistency that holds together.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper.
  6. No baking is required.
  7. Let them cool and set.
