Ingredients
- 200g melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup cocoa rice flakes
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pistachios
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie. Allow it to cool slightly.
- Add the cocoa rice flakes, walnuts or pistachios, and raisins to the melted chocolate. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are well coated.
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment paper, making them as small or as large as you like.
- Let the chocolate clusters cool completely until they are set.
- Store them in a cool space or in the fridge.
