- 1/2 cup whole grain cereals
- 3 tbsp lukewarm honey (optional)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or whole sesame tahini
- 1 cup raw or roasted unsalted almonds, roughly chopped
- 100g finely chopped chocolate
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Optional additions include:
- Raisins
- Cranberries
- Cinnamon
- Sesame seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Dried coconut
