Ingredients
- 4 slices toasted bread
- 6 slices thin bacon
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves (heart)
- 4 slices tomato
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A few drops of vinegar
- A few drops of olive oil
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan, fry the bacon over medium to high heat for about 5 minutes until crispy.
- Remove it onto some paper to absorb the excess fat.
- Place the tomato slices in a bowl and add salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil, then mix to coat them all around.
- Toast the bread and once warm, spread mayonnaise on all 4 slices.
- Divide the lettuce, crispy bacon, and tomato slices evenly between the two bottom slices.
- Cover with the top slices.
- Cut diagonally for the full experience (sandwiches just taste better when cut diagonally).
