For the beetroot salad you will need.
Ingredients
- 2 containers of Greek yogurt
- 2 medium raw beetroots or pre-cooked
- 2-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
- 2-3 tbsp vinegar
- 5-6 tbsp olive oil
- Sunflower or pumpkin seeds, to serve
- A little balsamic vinegar, to serve
Instructions
- Clean and grate the beetroot finely.
- Put it in a small bowl with yogurt and garlic.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, yogurt, grated garlic, salt, vinegar, dill, olive oil.
- Mix well to homogenize the ingredients and form a creamy texture.
- Serve the beetroot salad as a dip or a side dish.
