Ingredients
- 6 pork neck chops
- 6 large potatoes
- 4 garlic cloves with their skin on
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Juice from 1 orange
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash your potatoes thoroughly. Peel the skins of and roughly chop them.
- Put all the ingredients in the baking dish and mix them well. Coat your potatoes with as much of the juice present as possible.
- Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes in a well-preheated convection oven at 180°C.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, occasionally stirring the potatoes with the juices from the dish and turning the chops over.
