Ingredients
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- The juice from one lemon
- 300 g heavy cream (35% fat)
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup of pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a mixer until it thickens up.
- In a bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and then gradually add the lemon zest and juice.
- Next, gently fold in the whipped cream into the mixture until it becomess homogeneous.
- Divide the lemon cream into individual bowls or glasses and chill in the refrigerator.
- If desired, sprinkle some crushed pistachios over the 3 ingredient lemon cream just before serving.
