Poached eggs take

Ingredients
- 2 fresh eggs
- 1/2 tsp wine vinegar
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- Black bread
- Salt
- Pepper
The crucial thing is for the eggs to be fresh.
First method:
- In a small saucepan, add water.
- The water should be 5-6 cm deep inside the saucepan.
- Add the vinegar.
- Bring the water to a gentle boil.
- Reduce to low heat, just enough to simmer lightly.
- Carefully crack each egg into a bowl.
- With a wire whisk or a slotted spoon, create a whirlpool by stirring the water in circles.
- With the movement of the whirlpool, we will help the egg white to cover the yolk properly.
- Bring the bowl with the cracked egg as close to the hot water as possible.
- Immediately pour the egg into the water.
- Let it simmer for exactly 3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the egg with a slotted spoon onto a plate lined with kitchen paper.
- Repeat the process for the remaining eggs.
Second method:
- In a saucepan with simmering water, gently pour in the vinegar and add the eggs.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the eggs stabilize in the warm water.
- Remove them with a slotted spoon onto absorbent paper.
- Serve on toast.
