The municipal council of Nikaia-Aghia Rentis unanimously decided to temporarily close “Allou! Fun Park” due to an expired operating license.

As stated in the relevant press release, “Its operating license has expired since December 19, 2024 and to date all the supporting documents required by law for its renewal have not been submitted.”

According to the press release, the mayor of Nikaia-Aghia Rentis Ioannis Rentis, Konstantinos Maragakis, stated:

“The Municipality and the Competent Department for Licensing Commercial Activities had informed the managers of ‘Allou! Fun Park’ in a timely manner about the submission of the necessary documents for the renewal of the license. However, despite repeated warnings, the process of submitting the documents has not progressed. On my own recommendation and with the safety of children and compliance with the law in mind, the City Council of the city unanimously decided to seal the amusement rides. We call on the managers of the business to immediately comply with the procedures provided for by the Law, so that the possibility of reopening the rides in the future can be considered.”
