Eighteen lighthouses around Greece will be open to public on Sunday, in commemoration of this weekend’s International Lighthouse and Lightship Weekend (ILLW), an annual event held on the third full weekend of August each year.
In terms of the 18 lighthouses open to the public in the east Mediterranean country, the visiting hours are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Some of the sites will also allow access to the tower (*).
