The deal between Four Seasons Hotels and the Irish business tycoon and investor Paul Coulson has reportedly been finalized, with the chain of luxury hotels and resorts having a presence in the three most prominent tourist spots in Greece.
The prestigious 5-star hotel complexes are located at the Astir Palace in Vouliagmeni, under new management as of September 2017, on the island of Mykonos where the hotel will soon be developed by the Arab investment group AGC Equity Partners, the owners of Astir Palace, and at the popular Porto Heli region of Argolis that will be managed by the new resort created by Coulson of “Hinitsa Bay Holdings,” in the area of Hinitsa.
The project in the Hinitsa region, set on a plot of land in the municipality of Ermionida, in the Peloponnese, involves the construction of a 5-star tourist complex with a capacity of 607 beds.
More specifically, the hotel will have a capacity of 257 beds, while the furnished tourist residences will provide 350 beds. These residences are accessible and operational throughout the year, and the hotel will also operate year-round.
The Mykonos project, on the other hand, is expected to be complete by 2026 and it includes the development of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 192 beds along with supporting facilities, with the investment being valued at 78.6 million euros.
Four Seasons, currently operating 130 hotels and resorts along with many luxurious villas across 47 countries worldwide ranks among the best hotels and most famous brands in the world, according to reader surveys, traveler reviews, and industry awards.
