According to the latest forecast data presented, a cold front is set to descend upon the Balkans and Eastern Europe between December 20 and 25 with the potential for it to extend southward. 

Ιntermittent clouds and light rain are expected in the northern and eastern suburbs of Athens, with brief snow possible on Mount Parnitha. Winds will ease from 5–6 Beaufort later in the day, with temperatures ranging from 8–13°C, slightly cooler in northern areas.
