Greece extended its winning streak on Sunday night with a 2-0 victory over Ireland in the UEFA Nations League.
The match, held in Piraeus, Greece marked the team’s fourth consecutive win.

Anastasios Bakasetas and Petros Mantal0s each found the net in the second half, sealing the win for Greece.
With this result, Greece now leads Group B2, ahead of England and Ireland.
The team remains emotionally driven following their win against England at Wembley and the sudden, tragic passing of former teammate George Baldock.
In honor of Baldock, the game commenced with a moment of silence, in which stadium members could have even heard a pin drop.
