Greek tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas was in Doha supporting his better half, Spanish player Paula Badosa, who is competing in the 2024 Qatar Open.
What the Greek player did not count on was providing a funny moment for the netizens and tennis fans when he slipped out of his chair. Unfortunately for him, the “all-prying eye” of the camera captured the slight mishap, which quickly made the internet rounds.

The Greek star, who is currently ranked 10th in the world, sat in Badosa’s box alongside her mother, and being unaccustomed to sitting in the stands, he couldn’t get comfortable in his chair and stood up to adjust it. However, instead of landing on the chair when he went to sit back down, he found himself on the ground, prompting laughter from Badosa’s mother and other spectators.
For the record, Badosa, ranked 361st, defeated American tennis player, Alison Krueger in 3 sets (6-3, 4-6, 6-4) to move into the next round of the ATP 250 tournament.
