As the Paris Olympics approach their final stages, Greek athletes continue to make their mark. On Thursday, August 8, Greece will feature in both wrestling and women’s water polo.
Dauren Kurugliev will take to the mat in the men’s 86kg freestyle wrestling, aiming for a strong performance and a potential medal. The women’s water polo team will face Hungary in a battle for the 5th to 8th place positions.
In addition, the men’s basketball semifinals are set to be a key highlight of the Paris Olympics events today.
