Clouds, showers and even storms are in store for Greece today

Today, most of Greece will be overcast and see some rain or even local storms.

Greece’s mountainous regions will get most of the foul weather, with precipitation most likely in the Peloponnese’ higher altitudes, Central Greece, western and northern Thessaly, the Epirus region and areas of Macedonia.

The rest of the country is expected to be blanketed in clouds, at least for a little while.

Attica will see rain, particularly at higher altitudes, and temperatures will range between 14 to 24 degrees Celsius, and winds will blow between 3-4 Beaufort.

Thessaloniki will also see some precipitation with temperatures between 14-20 degrees Celsius and winds in the Thermaikos Gulf blowing up to 5 Beaufort.
