Today the weather across most of Greece will be cloudy while the African dust will make the skies appear hazy.
According to the latest forecast data, clouds will be denser in the Peloponnese, Central Greece, Evia and in areas of the Aegean.
In the west and north of the mainland there will be longer periods of sunshine and a few local clouds, which will thicken and give way to light rain in the evening in the northern Ioanian island and the Epirus region.
The combination of clouds, African dust and warm temperatures may make the air stifling in some places.
The Attica region should expect clouds and dust with temperatures ranging between 14 to 26 degrees Celsius, while the winds will blow up to 5-6 Beaufort in the surrounding sea areas.
Thessaloniki will be a few degrees cooler than Attica but otherwise similar with temperatures coming in between 12 to 23 degrees Celsius, and winds blowing up to 3-4 Beaufort in the Thermaikos gulf.
