Cloudiness and showers are expected today in the western and northern part of the country as well as the eastern Aegean. Weather phenomena in the northwest may intensify come the afternoon, possibly leading to thunderstorms.
Winds will blow south-southwest at 4 to 6 points on the Beaufort scale, locally reaching 7 Beaufort in the east from noon onwards. In the afternoon, may even reach 8 Beaufort in the northern Aegean.
Temperatures are expected to rise, reaching 16 to 18 degrees Celsius in the northern parts of the country, 19 to 20 degrees Celsius in the rest of Greece (including Attica), and even reaching 21 degrees Celsius in Crete and the Dodecanese.
