Rain is expected around noon onwards in western and central parts of the country, with similar phenomena extending to the eastern Peloponnese, the rest of central Greece, and areas of the Cyclades and Crete towards the evening. Thunderstorms may also occur later in the evening in the Ionian Sea, western mainland, Crete and the coastal areas of the Peloponnese.
Cloudiness is expected in the rest of the country, while Macedonia and Thrace will generally see clear skies.
Snowfall is anticipated at heights surpassing 1200 meters in regions of northwestern Greece, as well as in eastern parts of the mainland, northeastern Peloponnese, and Evia.
Winds will blow east-southeast at 4 to 6 points on the Beaufort scale in western and northern Greece, and at 6 to 7 Beaufort in the Aegean, although they are expected to weaken towards noon.
Frost will also occur in the morning and evening hours in central and northern parts of the country, and it will be denser in the northwest.
Temperatures in the north will range from -02 to 09 degrees Celsius, in the rest of the mainland regions from 05 to 13 degrees and in the island regions from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius.
