The cold snap of the past two days, that brought abrupt, but short-lived, wintery conditions to Greece has come and gone, as the spring-like weather has once again made an appearance. On Thursday, the country will enjoy mostly clear and pleasant weather, with only a few clouds developing over eastern regions. In northern Crete, there is a slight chance of light, localized showers.
- Athens: Sunny with some clouds. Temperatures between 3-15°C, with northeast winds up to 5 Beaufort.
- Thessaloniki: Bright and sunny all day. Temperatures from 2-15°C.
Warmer Days Ahead
On Friday, the sunshine continues, and temperatures will begin to rise.
By Saturday, high-altitude clouds will develop over the Ionian Sea, mainland Greece, and the northern Aegean, but conditions will remain generally mild and springlike.
