Shots Fired in Halkidiki Beach Bar Fri; Three Injured

It is suspected that the incident may have involved members of the Bulgarian mafia

A violent incident spoiled partiers’ night out in Halkidiki on Friday, when gunfire sounded in a well-known beach bar, resulting in three men, of Bulgarian nationality, being injured.

According to a report by thestival.gr, one man was shot in the chest, another was stabbed, and the third took a beating.

It is suspected that the incident may have involved members of the Bulgarian mafia.

The injured were initially taken by ambulance to the Kassandra Health Care Center, but were later transferred to the General Hospital of Halkidiki due to the severity of their injuries. According to medical staff, the gunshot victim is in critical condition.

The police are currently gathering eyewitness testimonies to determine the events leading to the altercation.

An eyewitness described the incident to thestival.gr, “There were cries and screams. People started running to escape. Everyone was fleeing the venue. Knives were drawn, and gunshots were heard. Children were running with their parents. It was chaotic.”
