Public transport will run at the following times on New Year’s Eve.
According to the Public Transport Authority’s 11185 hotline, further changes are expected and passengers should consult www.oasa.gr/en/telematics/ or the hotline before traveling.
Metro Line 1
Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023: Last trains will operate from Piraeus to Kifissia at 22:20 p.m. and from Kifissia to Piraeus at 22.20 p.m.
Monday, Jan. 1, 2024: Trains will operate every 10.5 minutes from 5:30 AM to 23:30 PM
Metro Line 2
Sunday 31 Dec. 2023: services every 7′ between 9:00 – 17:00 and every 10′ during the rest of the day. Last service at 23:00.
Last train from Anthoupoli will be at 22:47 and from Elliniko at 22:44
Monday Jan. 1, 2024: services every 10′
Metro Line 3
Sunday 31 Dec. 2023: every 7′ between 9:00 – 17:00 and every 9′ at other times. Last service at 23:00
Last train from Dimotiko Theatro to D. Plakentias will be at 22:39
From D. Plakentias to Dimotiko Theatro at 22:42
From the Airport to Dimotiko Theatro at 22:22
From Dimotiko Theatro to the Airport at 21:43
Monday Jan. 1, 2024: services every 12′
Service on the airport route will run as normal over New Year, apart from on New Year’s Eve, when they will finish earlier than usual.
There will be no trolleys or regular buses after 23:00 pm on New Year’s Eve.
