Another delivery of humanitarian aid collected by Greece’s foreign ministry was delivered to strife-plagued Lebanon on Friday aboard a Hellenic Air Force C-130 transport plane.

The humanitarian aid is mostly comprised of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, as well as basic necessities.

In an announcement on the same day, the foreign ministry in Athens said Greece continues to coordinate efforts with the Lebanese government, with the aim of providing the greatest possible humanitarian assistance to the Mideast country in relief of civilians.

The mission was carried out in coordination with the defense, health and civil protection ministries, with military staff carrying out the flight and loading-offloading operation.
