The Greek Food Authority (EFET) is withdrawing a porcelain plate featuring Christmas decorations from the shelves of Jumbo. The plate originating from China, has been found to have increased levels of cadmium release.
EFET has been informed about the circulation of this specific plate in the Greek market through the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF).
This plate, measuring 15 cm and featuring Christmas decorations, bears the product code ITEM NO: SJ0211, barcode number 0526126000033, and batch number SJB23022-1.
It is being distributed by the toy company “JUMBO.”
The Hellenic Food Authority (EFET) is urging consumers who have already purchased a certain porcelain plate with Christmas decorations not to use it.
