Clouds and Showers across Greece on Wednesday

The gloomy weather is expected to persist throughout the week.

The spring-like weather was inevitably going to end at some point, as clouds and showers will prevail over the country from Wednesday onwards.

Mountainous and semi-mountainous regions in Greece should expect some local rain, while Thessaly should brace itself for similar phenomena come the evening.

The rest of Greece will be cloudy, but the sun will continue to make appearances throughout the day.

Mainland areas will see highs of 24-27 degrees Celsius, the northern regions 23-24 degrees, and the Aegean islands between 24-27 degrees.

Northerly winds will blow at 3-4 Beaufort in the Ionian Sea and up to 6-7 Beaufort in the Aegean.

The weather in Attica will be partly cloudy with periods of sunshine. Temperatures will range between 15-26 degrees, with northeasterly winds blowing at 5-6 Beaufort.

Similar phenomena in Thessaloniki with possible rain in the evening. Temps will range from 12 to 22 degrees, with southeast winds in the Thermaic Gulf at 3-4 Beaufort.
