Plenty of sunshine and a slight rise in temperature are expected across Greece on Tuesday, breaking the chilly forecast of the previous few days.
The central and northern mainland and the Aegean islands will be particularly sunny. Other areas of the country will see some scattered clouds until midday, but will join the “clear skies club” by the evening.

Winds in the Ionian Sea will blow from the east at 3-5 points on the Beaufort scale. In the Aegean, strong northerly winds will blow, reaching up to 7 Beaufort even 8 Beaufort in the southwestern Aegean until midday, but are expected to slightly decrease in intensity as the day progresses.
Attica will be sunny, with some scattered clouds here and there, which will disperse altogether in the afternoon. Temps will range between 14-22 degrees, and winds will blow from the north at 4-6 Beaufort, reaching 7 Beaufort in the east.
Sunny and clear weather for Thessaloniki, temperatures will range between 12-21 degrees, with light variable winds in the Thermaic Gulf at 2-3 Beaufort.
