Aegean Airlines announced the suspension of all flights to and from Tel Aviv and Beirut due to the volatile situation in the Middle East. According to the airline’s official statement, all flights to Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv will halt until August 6, while flights to Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut will be cancelled until August 8.
For passengers traveling from Athens to Tel Aviv, increased security measures will require all travelers to check-in at designated counters at Athens International Airport, regardless of their luggage status. Those transiting through Athens must follow specific protocols based on their entry eligibility into Greece.
Aegean Airlines assured that continuously monitoring the situation and complying with aviation authority guidelines to adjust their flight schedules accordingly.
