Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is suffering from a fever after it was confirmed he had tested positive for the H1N1 flu upon returning from the 2024 WEF Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he participated.

Speaking to a morning TV current-affairs show on Skai TV, Dimitris Tsiodras, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office, said the scheduled Cabinet Meeting for January 23rd, which was set to focus on the contentious same-sex marriage bill, would most likely be postponed to the near future due to the Premier’s condition.

During his participation in the WEF Forum, the Greek Premier met with policymakers, and stakeholders and gave a series of interviews to high-profile media outlets in his efforts to promote the Greek economy and attract foreign investment.
