Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis highlighted the prospects of the Greek economy and his second government’s reform plans, speaking at a meeting in New York City with US investors, capital fund managers, insurance company and bank executives.

Mitsotakis, who is in the US metropolis for annual UN General Assembly, underlined the significance of political stability and fiscal responsibility with a concurrent boost in economic growth. He again reminded that a commitment to restore the country’s investment grade was achieved during the first year of his government’s second term.

Mitsotakis also cited the high absorption rate of recovery fund financing by Greece, as well as investment opportunities in the sectors of education and health.
