Travel is synonymous with summer, and the first photo exhibition of the 2024-2025 season at the Blank Wall Gallery, titled “Travel”, invites visitors to extend the sense of exploration through a captivating photographic journey. From September 20 until October 2, Greek and international photographers will showcase their works, capturing unique moments from various corners of the globe.
While some of the landscapes on display may seem familiar, the exhibition focuses on the photographers’ perspectives, revealing those details that make these places more alluring than our memories of them. It’s not just about recognizing a destination, but about seeing it in a fresh, distinctive way.
In addition, the exhibition presents a diverse array of images from distant, often unfamiliar places—offering glimpses into different realities, traditions, and ways of life. These snapshots from around the world offer viewers a broader and more inclusive understanding of the diverse planet we call home.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Friday, September 20 at 8 p.m. at Blank Wall Gallery (55 Fokionos Negri Street, Athens).
Free admission is offered, and visitors are welcome during the following hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
